A few versions of Word ago, the developers-that-be introduced the Mail Merge Wizard — to the relief of many users. I cannot find any help on this problem anywhere. If you start with a template, you can use the fields that are already in place when you merge your data. Everything works fine except when I want to preview the results before I merge into a new document. Working... i didn't have this issue until after 6/8th. Click OK. when tried to send in plain text or attachement it is again showing the same option before me to do manual sending ( 1 to 10 minutes ) click it again Use a Next Record rule beside each instance of the merge field that you want Word to move to the next record.
