you can even open the window while the toolbar is there, and have both, and watch as they sync to eachother! I wonder why Microsoft decided to leave this feature out of WMP12. Works perfectly! Thanks for the tip. Had to remember to restart WMP (silly me forgot to close it first) and then uncheck and recheck the toolbar option and it appeared.
The best option in WMP is it`s toolbar mode. That I'm not using Windows 7 and it only works with that??? Just type %programfiles%\Windows Media Player in Explorer addressbar and press enter and it'll open the "Windows Media Player" directory. The toolbar is checked as on but when i minimize the media player it does not transform into the toolbar with play, next and so on buttons.

wmp11 goes back to toolbar mode when i minimize it(after i do regsvr32 wmp.dll) but after i restart wmp11 doesnt go back to toolbar by itself i have to run the Thanks a lot.. Now type following commands one by one and press Enter: regsvr32 "%programfiles%\Windows Media Player\wmpband.dll" regsvr32 "%programfiles(x86)%\Windows Media Player\wmpband.dll" 5. Goto Programs and Features, and double-click "Windows Media Player Taskbar mini-Player..." to uninstall.
