I'm using WMP 11 for quite some time. Or just XP. Microsoft removed this DLL file from WMP 12 folder, that's why the toolbar no longer exists in Windows 7. I tried the first version of this fix for 32bit, everything went well cept the toolbar option didnt show up.

It took me few minutes to figure that out. I now have the option on taskbar for the media player toolbar which is checked, but no toolbar! After that I started "Windows Media Player Network Sharing" service. Yes, I put it into both the Program Files and the Program Files (x86).
