I uninstalled Virtualbox, and went into Window Registry to manually delete those network cards (Registry key : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\ROOT\SUN_VBOXNETFLTMP). After couple of minutes I got 'Set network connection' pop-up without clicking on anything, I selected Home network, it asked me what I would want to share - I checked/selected everything, Windows 10 Bridge Connections Connect a game console or another computer and the device will automatically acquire the network settings from the local router.
Select the Obtain an IP address automatically option. The last thing I could need is a not working network on my Windows 8.1 host. I've edited the .vmx file and replace the occurrences with vmxnet3, and that didn't work either. his comment is here You should try looking.

I turned off the Bitdefender Firewall completely, and Bridged Networking worked perfect. On any given computer, you can create only one Network Bridge on a computer, but this bridge will be able to handle many connections.

I'm probably going to create another topic specifically around configuring Bitdefender's firewall to allow VMware Bridged network traffic through. Upgraded to Win 8.1 and either VirtualBox 4.2.14 and 4.2.16 will make the network unusable.
