So, I researched that the way to fix it is by installing Windows Update Readiness Tool, and so, I did.
L. Get Into Pc Bootsect I knew my USB stick was not defective but the download tool would not copy the files no matter what I tried. You saved my night! You get an ISO file which contains the original ISO. You may find (as was my case) that you can still boot from the USB regardless. gotta love imgburn.
