Every time I change the location of a tile, the system changes the location of other tiles in some manner that I have yet to understand. Thanks Ramesh, brilliant! Stopping the "Windows Search" service then I opened up "regedit". I just tried deleting the files in the "C:\Windows\System32\config\TxR" and that didn't work. Whatever happened to Microsoft being the brand known for personalizing your experience?
