My WiFi and airplane mode on/off buttons are disappeared. MZ Sophie It worked for us by changing our netgear router channel to "6" and after two days of head scratching and so many other methods - this works for us. Is there a way to fix this now? Reply DriversExpert November 10, 2015, 3:52 pm I assume you are connecting to the same wireless connection to post this? This is because the driver you installed can't work properly on your computer. To troubleshoot the issue, please try the steps in this HP document: Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 8)These steps should be enough to resolve the issue. We have 4 of them and I'm currently in the middle of upgrading the 2nd one, so will be interesting to see if it suffers the same fate.

I think I'll check out HP / Ralink for replacement drivers, Windows has always been the worst place to get hardware device drivers!
