I've refreshed my Windows 8, didn't fix it. Windows 8 has gone to a whole new level though, and MS is going to previously unimaginable lengths to alienate their user base. Any advice? when use to click on the app, it would do the splash, blue color with the logo in the center. I didn't see this thread before I did all this, but to be honest I don't know if it would work or not.
