is it possible that because im using a netbook the media center is not compatable or possibly to large of a program? His suggestion is to just keep at it and it will eventually "pop". Also, some of the registration utilities that shipped with previous versions of Media Center are not included in Windows Vista or higherbecause they are no longer needed.
Maybe you own a business and don’t want it to run on the machines. Instead it turns it off and then turns it back on again, resetting it in the process.
