Backup your documents so as not to loose them, but on new media since there is a small chance that the virus gets copied as well. Just put 3389 for any port boxes. The reason for this is not a virus or other malicious problem (although it never hurts to check!) but often results from an erroneous resetting of the Global Policies for the Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter. ?
