Backing Up Your Own Files If you computer has system problem, you first priority should be to make sure you have up-to-date backup copies of all your own files. Everything works perfectly. The one exception was that the "system tray" area of the taskbar was restored with the original 4 or 5 icons. Both of the applications are GENUINE, purchased versions. On the page where you download the fix it says sometimes you can have trouble importing the fix.
